Shipping policy

Once an order has shipped Emerald June Co. is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen. In the event a package is lost in transit we will do what we can to help track down the lost package, however this process usually takes up to 14 days to wait to file a claim with USPS.

If a package is marked delivered by the postal service Emerald June Co. no longer has any responsibility of the package. If you believe your package was stolen or mis-delivered it is the responsibility of the customer to seek resolution with USPS. 

Multiple orders cannot be combined due to high order volumes. Combining orders is a manual time consuming process, which is challenging to do while packaging orders. Please keep this in mind and make sure you have everything you'd like to purchase in your cart to prevent numerous shipping charges.
