SHIPPING POLICY:
Once an order has shipped Emerald June Co is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen. In the event a package is lost in transit we will do what we can to help track down the lost package, however this process usually takes up to 14 days to wait to file a claim with USPS.
If a package is marked delivered by the postal service Emerald June Co. no longer has any responsibility of the package. If you believe your package was stolen or mis-delivered it is the responsibility of the customer to seek resolution with USPS.
Orders cannot be combined. Please keep this in mind and make sure you have everything you'd like to purchase in your cart to prevent numerous shipping charges.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Items such as headbands, scrunchies, scrub caps, chemo caps, and accessories are all FINAL sale. If an item is deemed defective you must contact Emerald June Co. within 3 days of the package being delivered. Shop credit will be provided on a case by case bases. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Items must be post marked within 7 days of delivery and tracking must be provided to us. Customer will not receive credit for initial shipping paid.
LOCAL PICK UP/REID PICK UP POLICY:
Pick up is at YOUR OWN RISK, local pick up has surveillance 24/7 but EJC is not responsible for lost or stolen items from Reid pick up OR Connersville pick up. You must pick up your package within 30 days of being marked available or the item returns to inventory with no refunds given.
EJC is not responsible for accidents/injuries obtained while picking up items
TURN AROUND TIME (TAT):
TAT is 10-14 BUSINESS Days. (Monday-Friday NOT including weekends or holidays). There is a $10 RUSH fee for orders expected within 48 hours, please email us- emeraldjuneco@gmail.com to see if rushing your order is available or not. Please give us 24-48 BUSINESS hours to respond.

Q: What is Couture Cash?
A: Couture Cash is our rewards program! For every 100 points earned, you get a monetary reward. You earn points with every purchase (make sure you're logged on when you place your order!), and can also earn points on your birthday and for following us on Instagram and Facebook.
Couture Cash also has a referral program, where you send a link to a friend and if they use the code, you get a discount coupon for your next order!
Q: What's the best way to contact you?
A: Email is the best form of contact for any questions regarding your order, restocks or other general questions. Facebook messages do not always come through, and Instagram occasionally filters them as well. The fastest and easiest way to get a response is to contact via email at emeraldjuneco@gmail.com. Please fill in the subject line with the reason for contact & and I'll get back to you soon!
Q: How do wash my headbands?
A: Hand washing is suggested. Headbands can be machine washed at your own risk. It is best to wash headbands in a delicates bag with like colors. Lay flat to dry. Drying your headband can cause shrinkage and break down the stretch in the fabric.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Connersville, IN
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: We do! You can select it at check out if you're located in Connersville. If you're a Reid employee, you can select Reid pick up to get your package at work!
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Turn around times are stated on the banner of the site. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays. All items are handmade, so please understand that turn around time will vary depending on the season. TAT varies depending on my hospital work schedule. I'm a working mama and this is a side business for me, I'm not as fast as others at times BUT I sure appreciate your business!
Q: What size are the headbands?
All headbands are adult sized, starting at 20” before sewing and end up around 19” after the final seam. Laying flat the headband will measure aprx. 8.5-9 inches. All fabrics vary, so if the fabric is more stretchy it may appear smaller compared to other headbands (especially waffle knit material). All fabric varies, while the fabric can be the same content they all feel slightly different from supplier to supplier.
Q: Are items from a pet free home?
A: All items are made in a smoke free/pet free facility!
Q:What are you car ponchos?
A: Our car ponchos are a safe way of keeping your child warm without over bulking them in their car seat. They are made with 2 layers of fleece/flannel for extra warmth and sewn to reduce the chance of fraying. They are made to go over the head of the car seat so that your child can easily be buckled in. They come in multiple sizes and variations. TAT is 7-13 business days (depending on demand, could be up to 21 business days). These are nonrefundable. Sizes are estimations as each child is unique. These are in no way to cover a child face.
-If fabric supply is an issue, your order will be refunded or you will be given other fabric options to choose from.
Q: Can I request a custom car poncho?
A: Yes! We take a lot of custom request for products. There is an extra $8 fee per poncho on special request. If the fabric is licensed (sports team/characters) then that will be at the expense of the customer. No returns/exchanges.
